We love real food and are passionate about serving tasty dishes that will delight our guests. After all, fantastic food (and lots of wine) is key to a great chalet holiday! Our food philosophy is very much about cooking with a conscience. The majority of meals are made from scratch and use good quality, ethically sourced ingredients where possible, including: organic or local red meat; free range chicken and eggs; local cheeses; and bottled wines from small regional producers. We offer discounts for vegetarians and vegans, and can cater for gluten-free and other special diets. See below for more details and menu examples.
